Students read music from the beginning, build rhythm and technique through weekly assignments, practice sight-reading, improvise, study music from many eras, and perform in two to three recitals each year.
The studio participates regularly in Northern Virginia Music Teachers Association events, including theory, festivals, ensemble work, and recital opportunities.
